  Put the wrong battery in watch twice causing the watch not to function correctly . When questioned to why they put the incorrect battery in they said because they didn't have the right battery and that the battery wouldn't cause the watch to perform poorly and I should take my watch to get repaired .... went to a different mister minit and got the correct battery and like magic the watch works like new! When I went back to get my money back it was more of the same poor excuses but eventually got my money back.... would not recommend
